Royalty Free Music Licensing
The standard license prices on the premiumbeat.com website does include use of the Recording in television shows and radio programs but does not include use in a film, infomercials, TV or radio advertisement, or any DVD, CD, video game or any downloadable product sold or given away to the general public.
TV AND RADIO BROADCAST LICENSE
The regular standard license includes music use in TV shows and radio programs.
No other licensing is required, but cue-sheets must be filled for your production, filed with the appropriate performing rights organizations (“PROs”, such as ASCAP, BMI or Socan) and a copy must be faxed or emailed to us.
Cue sheets? Isn’t the music "Royalty-Free"? Yes it is royalty free. Once you purchase a music license from us for a specific use, you don't have to pay any additional fees. We do however require that Cue Sheets be filled out for any Broadcast uses. Broadcasters pay a fixed amount annually to their Performing Rights Organisation (PRO) for a blanket license to broadcast shows with music. PROs use this licensing income to pay royalties to the composer and publisher of the music. There is no additional cost for you, the producer, in filing these cue-sheets. Besides being a legal requirement, it will take you a few minutes and will allow our composers to receive their fair share for the public performance of their music. A cue sheet template is available here. You must fill cue-sheets for your production and fax us back a copy.

SPECIAL LIMITED ADVERTISING LICENSE
Advertising TV
$150 per song for a 13 week advertising cycle.
Advertising Radio
$125 per song for a 13 week advertising cycle.

THEATRICAL LICENCE
There is NO additional cost to the standard license for non-commercial projects such as a College movie project or participation in a contest or a film festival. (Credits must be written: “Music from Premiumbeat.com”)
For all commercial film productions:
$295 per song for synchronisation license. Unlimited time. Worldwide territory.

MASS DUPLICATION LICENSE
You need a mass duplication license for the following uses:
Video or Audio for-sale production with music embedded: DVD, CD, CD-ROM, VHS, videogames, software or any downloadable products sold or given away to the general public if more than 1,000 copies are produced.
There is NO additional cost to the standard license if less than 1,000 copies of CDs or DVDs are duplicated or less than 1,000 copies of software or other digital products downloaded. Important: the music needs to be embedded and synchronized with your own production. You cannot duplicate or copy the music itself and resell or distribute it in any way unless you purchase a special license from us (please enquire).
MASS DUPLICATION LICENSING RATES:
Standard license covers up to 1,000 copies.
$100 per song for up to 10,000 copies.
$295 per song for up to 250,000 copies
$495 per song for unlimited use
