Select Window<\/h2>\n

There are 9 shortcuts for selecting the various windows in Premiere Pro. Memorize these or make your own shortcuts.<\/p>\n

So, say you have a custom layout and you don’t see the Media Browser. Just press Shift + 8<\/strong> to bring it up, instead of going to the Window Menu.<\/p>\n

You can quickly move to a specific timecode or plus\/minus frames using the number pad. This works in the Source Monitor, Program Monitor\/Timeline (just make sure you have the desired window selected).<\/p>\n

To move a specific number of frames: \u00a0type + or – and number of frames<\/strong> on the number pad. To move to a specific timecode: simply type the number on the number pad. For instance, 3 is 3 frames, 3. is 3 seconds. Let me show you how it’s done:<\/p>\n
