Thankfully some colorists, eager to demonstrate their skills, have done this for you.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a quick round up of some <strong>great color grading breakdowns<\/strong>. In the video above <a title=\"Colorist Charles-Etienne Pascal\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.iseehue.com\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">colorist Charles-Etienne Pascal<\/a>\u00a0demonstrates how he created a look for <a title=\"Color Grading Breakdown\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.iseehue.com\/new-music-video-elisapie\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Elisapie&#8217;s music video &#8216;Life is what you make it&#8217;<\/a>. For each breakdown in his ever growing series, he also provides some extra notes and stills on his website, so be sure to check them out in more detail there too. Which results in a warmer image compared to the common D65 (6500k) white point. This was purely a creative choice \u2013 I liked what the warmer white point did to the skin tones, in particular in the interior scenes and also the way it shifts blues towards greens.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a title=\"Color Grading Short Film\" href=\"http:\/\/juanmelara.com.au\/deep-water-short-film\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">In this blog post <\/a>Juan goes into more detail about creating the different looks needed throughout the film.
