  • What license do I need?

    We offer 4 licenses to cover common usage. If you’re uncertain of what license is best for your needs refer to our license page for clarification. If you’re still unsure, contact us and we’ll assist you in determining the appropriate license for your project!

  • Can I use these tracks on YouTube?

    Yes! The Standard License covers usage on YouTube (including monetized videos), as well as other popular websites like Vimeo and Facebook.

  • Where can I obtain an invoice?

    Login to your account and click on "My Account". Select the appropriate order and then click on "Print invoice (.pdf)"

  • I made a purchase, where can I obtain a license .pdf?

    Login to your account and click on "My Account". Select the appropriate order and then click on "Standard License (.pdf)"

  • Help! My payment was declined!

    Your credit card company may have declined your transaction. Please call the number on the back of your card to find out why it was declined.

    As a security precaution our system will lock out your IP address for several hours after 3 denied attempts. In this case, please try using the PayPal option at checkout to process your card (you do not need a PayPal account to use this option). Once on the PayPal payment page select “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and then process your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover).
