I purchased your product (music or media player). Where is the download link?
As soon as your transaction has been processed a link is automatically sent to the email address that you provide. Please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder - it may have landed there. Also if you are a premiumbeat.com member you can retrieve the download link in your account as well.
To avoid this problem in the future, put the Premiumbeat.com domain on your “safe” list or add orders@premiumbeat.com to your address book.
Depending on the speed of their server, most people receive our e-mail within a few minutes. If you have not received a message with a download link within 20 minutes of your purchase, please Contact us. We will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
I downloaded a media player (music player, video player, slideshow player) and I have a problem integrating it in my website.
Please ask your question on the Media Player Forum. We will be happy to help. You may also find a question similar to yours that has already been answered.
I paid for your products but there is an extra fee of $.75 or $.90 on my credit card statement. Why?
Yes we are aware of that but it t does not come from us. We at premiumbeat.com never charge or receive any additional fees. What you pay us is the amount you see on your screen when you purchase our products.
This extra fee of $.75 or $.90 cents is a “Foreign transaction fee” charged by the bank that issued your credit card. A number of US banks have a policy of adding a fee to the transaction if the seller is located outside the USA (we are located in Canada) even if the purchase is made in US$. This fee varies and can be between 0% and 3% depending on the credit card you are using.

Are there restrictions on the transfer of music obtained from Premiumbeat.com?
Yes. The license permits usage of the music in a personal or professional context for yourself, your clients or your employer. Premiumbeat.com music may not be sold by itself, transferred, bartered, traded, shared, leased, or given away to any other party and the license may not be subleased to a third party. Music cannot be resold except to the extent that is embedded in your own work as part of a finished end product. You may not market the music as your own even if you add other instruments or a voice to the music. The above also applies to any music Premiumbeat.com may offer free of charge on our Website. Please see the license agreement for further information.
Does the music I buy belong to me?
No. You do not actually own the music. The copyright to the music remains the property of the composer. Purchasing a license only allows you to use the music for your projects and purposes in accordance with the license agreement.
Can I buy Premiumbeat.com music anywhere else?
No. All of the music offered by Premiumbeat.com has been created by our team of gifted professional musicians and composers exclusively for Premiumbeat.com. This includes well-known classical music pieces, public domain music, Christmas Carols and Nursery Songs. In these cases, the original copyright has expired and the specific recording and adaptation performed by our musicians is unique. Our musicians own the copyright for their specific adaptation and recording. The only exception is the orchestral classical music from the Apollo Symphony Orchestra which is not composed or performed by our musicians.
Can I return a music file and get a refund?
Once you have purchased and downloaded a music file, Premiumbeat.com cannot offer a refund unless an error has occurred.

What is a Full Track?
A Full Track is a complete musical mix with an introduction and an ending. Track lengths vary and may be as short as 50 seconds or as long as 10 minutes.
What is a Music Loop?
A Music Loop is a piece that “loops” or, in simpler terms, repeats itself indefinitely. Loops of various types and lengths are offered in our packages. Please note that loops are always delivered in .wav format only because MP3 format is not suitable for looping. Please note each music loop is repeated 3 times as a demo in the preview music player.
What is a Short Clip?
Short clips are a set of 15, 30 and 60 seconds music clips designed for TV and radio advertising but they can also be used for podcasts or video ads, or any project requiring a short music file.
In what type of file format will the music be sent to me?
Our music is provided in a superior CD quality .wav format as well as in MP3 format for complete flexibility. Some customers may choose to use the sound files with full broadcast quality for television or radio project as well as DVDs or CD-ROMs, etc. However, many customers do need the compressed MP3 version for web-based projects, such as background music for a website. Please note that after you purchase the music from our site, you will have the option to download the higher CD quality file and the MP3 version with the exception of Loops which are always delivered in .wav format only. (MP3 format is not suitable for seamless looping.)

Will Premiumbeat.com give, share or sell my e-mail address and personal contact information to anyone?
No! Premiumbeat.com respects your privacy and will not share, give, rent or sell the email address or personal contact information of our clients to any other party. Also, Premiumbeat.com will only send information and email to customers who have expressively given us permission to do so.
Are your music tracks Copyright Clear?
Absolutely! Buy your royalty free music at Premiumbeat.com with complete confidence. Our tracks are 100% guaranteed by our musicians to be Copyright Clear, unlike some music being sold on the Internet which is NOT copyright clear.
