Fabergé is a musical partnership and project of Robin MacMillan and Adron, accomplished recording artists based in Los Angeles, CA. The creative duo draws on their mutual love for 20th century pop music, cinema soundtracks, Tropicália, classic exotica, new age esoterica, and many other modes of global music expression to create intriguing, charming, versatile, ear-worm tracks for use in diverse commercial media and creative ventures. Robin MacMillan is a producer, arranger, drummer, percussionist and founder of Faraway Sounds. He has produced releases by acclaimed artists including Lake Street Dive, and tours regularly as a professional drummer. At home, Robin enjoys old movies, vintage synthesizers, biking, hiking and making salsa. Adron is an award-winning songwriter, vocalist, guitarist and producer. Her original recordings under her own name have earned "Best Album" and "Best Songwriter" honors from the Southeastern US' premiere arts publication Creative Loafing, and glowing reviews from Billboard. She also composes and produces for podcasts, video games and other media, and contributes as associate producer for Atlanta's WABE 90.1 public radio arts programming. At home, Adron enjoys video games, languages, natural science and illustration. Robin and Adron have a cat named Earth Pony and two aquariums, home to Adron's favorite shrimp, D'Astragaar.
