Tae’s diverse skills as a composer and music producer are widely sought after. Classically trained as a pianist, he completed a music synthesis bachelor’s degree from Berklee College of Music. He started his musical journey at Manhattan Beach Recording Studio in New York City. His clients were varied and many. He has worked with Charlie Watts from The Rolling Stones, Pat Metheny, Meryl Streep, and David Hyde Pierce from Frasier to name a few. While working actively as a composer in New York City, Tae contributed compositions to ABC’ s “One Life to Live" and Louis Vuitton and Soundwalk ’s Asian audio travel guide project. The latter won the 2009 SIA Creative Awards Bronze medal. Since relocating to Los Angeles, Tae has expanded his composition field into the game industry and has worked on a variety of projects, including composing for CBS and Universal Music Publishing, Marvel, Disney Interactive, Nintendo and Valve Corporation. With his musical background and audio engineering skill, Tae is able to create beautifully produced tracks that are second to none.
