Monthly subscriptions are billed each month unless you cancel, or you can save on monthly costs by opting for our yearly subscription. Yearly subscriptions are billed each year unless you cancel. Learn more about subscription pricing here.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from account settings. You will continue to have access to your plan until it expires. If you change your mind about cancelling, you have until your plan expiry date to restore it so it’s active again.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of your last payment. If you downloaded any music or sound effects since your last payment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please keep in mind that you’re only allowed to publish new projects using licensed PremiumBeat content while you have an active subscription. Once your subscription expires, you cannot publish new projects using downloaded PremiumBeat content.
