Our Unlimited Subscriptions include either Creator License coverage or Standard License coverage.
Our Creator Unlimited Subscription provides Creator License coverage, which includes many popular types of online use, such as videos on your own personal or company websites, social media, video-sharing platforms like YouTube and Vimeo, and podcasts. It also covers student projects such as student films. Usage cannot be for client work/commercial use.
Our Standard Unlimited Subscription includes Standard License coverage, which covers the same project types as the Creator License, but allows client work/commercial use.
You can still upgrade any of the Creator or Standard Licenses you download with your subscription to Premium or Business by going to the order detail page for that license. Click the ‘Upgrade License’ button next to the track you want to upgrade and you’ll only need to pay the difference in license fees.
You'll need the Premium License if you plan to use music for the following types of broadcast projects in one country:
Any projects on broadcast TV/radio
Any projects on VOD/OTT ("on-demand" services like Netflix or Hulu)
Industrial uses like point-of-sale, trade shows or conferences
Films with a budget of up to $2M USD and their associated trailers (worldwide)
Up to 1000 downloads for any free or revenue-generating app (worldwide)
Video games with a budget of up to $2M USD and their associated trailers (worldwide)
You'll need the Business License if you plan to use music for the following types of broadcast projects in up to five countries:
• Any projects on broadcast TV/radio
• Any projects on VOD/OTT ("on-demand" services like Netflix or Hulu)
• Industrial uses like point-of-sale, trade shows or conferences
• Films with a budget of up to $5M USD and their associated trailers (worldwide)
• Up to 50,000 downloads for any free or revenue-generating app (worldwide)
• Video games with a budget of up to $5M USD and their associated trailers (worldwide)
