One of my favourite new editors to follow on Twitter is @worsteditorever whose special brand of advice is worth every penny you’ve paid for it – nothing!
Most of this video editing advice can simply be reversed to find a vital truth that might be new to you if you’re just getting started. If you’re a seasoned pro hopefully you can enjoy these tweets for what they are – someone having a good laugh, and nailing a few video editing inside jokes.
H264> FCP7> Pro Res 4444> Resolve LUT & BITC> Pro Res LT> Premiere Edit> XML> Resolve> XML> Avid Reconform> Compressor> Vimeo> Your welcome.

Two hands right? Two mouses. Ditching the cumbersome keyboard for more efficient non linear digital video editing.

So apparently they said “thirty second spot” not thirteen second spot. I told her to play it twice and mailed in my invoice. #firetheclient

Never, ever upgrade NLE during a project. That’s why I’m still on FCP 5.5 HD.
