You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Plans page in your account settings. You will continue to have access to your plan until it expires. If you change your mind about canceling, you have until your plan expiry date to restore it so it’s active again.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of your last payment. If you downloaded any music since your last payment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please keep in mind that you’re only allowed to publish new projects using content licensed with your PremiumBeat subscription while your subscription is active. Once your subscription expires, you cannot publish new projects using content licensed with your expired PremiumBeat subscription.
